My work space was in dire need of a light source! I began to experiment with sheets of paper and binder clips, and realized that I could do the same using sheet metal.
Process:
1. Cut six squares of sheet metal using hydraulic cutting tool.
2. Calculated angle, and replicated it for all pieces using bending brake.
3. Welded bent squares together.
4. Plasma-cut hole for pendant fixture.
5. Sandblasted assembly.
6. Painted and hung pendant lamp.
